Irrigation Service Plans and Service Terms - New for 2012

Spring Activation and Winterization Service included, retainer based on system size is paid up front for the year.

Priority Service Days and Times - First and Last time slots and Saturday appointments are reserved for you.

Warranty Service Calls - Irrigation systems within the warranty period will automatically be classified as Service Plan 1 during the warranty period, applicable to warranty service only. Activation and Winterization service does not apply.

Service Call & Payment Terms - Though it's recommeded you be home during the appointment time, it's not required under this plan. Plan 1 customers have an open account and are billed for services rendered. Billed services are deducted against the retainer balance, and any additional balance is invoiced with a due date of 14 days.

Retainers paid for multiple years in advance will lock in the current-year rates, up to 3 years in advance, and are transferrable if your home is sold.
Service Plan 2
- Spring activation, winterization service, and other services are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Appointments are only available during regular business hours
- Homeowner must be present for duration of service call. Customer will review and sign off on work, then issue payment at the end of the service call. Check, cash, and credit cards are accepted at the door for your convenience. There is no billing service available with Service Plan 2.

All Other Services, Including Lighting, Drainage, and Installations
- Repair and maintenance services are billed at time of service. If you are under our Irrigation Service Plan 1, your retainer balance may be used toward the invoice amount if desired.
- Installations require a 50% downpayment, with the remaining balance due at time of job completion.
- Non-warranty service calls are a minimum $70 trip charge, which covers the first hour of labor time.
- Any additional labor and parts past the first hour are billed in addition to minimum trip charge.
